Return & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or need to exchange an item for a different size, you can return your order within 10 days from the date you received the goods. - The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition and attached with all original packaging and clothing labels. All accurately returned products will be credited to the original card of the purchaser excluding taxes and shipping costs. We have no shop and therefore can not offer credits.
- New and unused means that there are no visible traces of wear on the prodcut or on the labels. We do not sell used items and therefore will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the buyer. Amor Mondial is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative when you contact us for our exchange and return procedure. You can reach us on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00.
Amor Mondial offers one free exchange per product per customer. Free exchange is limited to ONE Exchange for the same product in another size or color.
If you would like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right please contact us at email@example.com to check if your replacement size or color is in stock. We will exchange only when the wrong size or color article has been returned to Amor Mondial.
